Primary Services
Personal Assistance Services (PAS)
PAS are nonskilled, personal care services for adults who have physical disabilities and are mentally and emotionally competent and willing to supervise their attendant or have someone who can supervise the attendant for them in the home.
Primary Home Care (PHC)
PHC services are nonskilled, non-technical, medically related personal care services provided to adults whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living, according to a statement of medical need.
Community Attendant Services (CAS)
CAS are nonskilled, medically related personal care service that is available to eligible adults and children whose health problems cause them to be functionally limited in performing activities of daily living according to a practitioner’s statement of medical need.
